Case Description: Case of Anterior Open Bite and midline deviation, treated with Esthetic Aligner aligners. In this case, I worked with intrusion of the posterior teeth and extrusion of the anterior teeth.

Case Description: Preventive treatment in mixed dentition with the aim of creating space for the eruption of permanent teeth, as well as improving the transverse width of the dental arches and reducing the proclination of the upper incisors. Note that, at the end of the preventive treatment, it was possible to obtain space for the eruption of permanent teeth, in addition to improved lip seal with the removal of lower lip interposition.

Case Description: Case of upper canine traction treated with Esthetic Aligner aligners. Initially, the aligners were used to open space for teeth 13 and 23. Ulectomy of tooth 23 was required. Subsequently, orthodontic buttons were bonded for the application of elastics supported by the aligners.

Case Description: Case of Anterior Cross Bite, treated with Esthetic Aligner aligners in a 54-year-old patient. This case had a very good progression, with no root resorption or remodelling even in teeth that underwent a large range of movement (upper and lower incisors). At the end of the treatment, the patient was very satisfied with the results achieved.

Case Description: Orthodontic Aligner treatment indicated for this 13-year-old patient with the aim of correcting the vertical and horizontal overlap, which presented outside acceptable aesthetic and functional parameters. Treatment completed in 19 months, without the need for auxiliary hybrid mechanics, plus a further 2 months of refinement for adjustments of functional eccentric movements.

Case Description: Class II, Subdivision 1 case with crossbite on the left side and severe giroversion of tooth 33. This case proved to be a challenge, and we achieved a very good progression throughout the treatment, which lasted 18 months.
